Andaaz at The Jasper Pop-Up Village: Visibility, Continuity, and Growth

A Practical Place to Restart

When the 2024 wildfires affected Jasper, Andaaz, like many local businesses, was left navigating uncertainty. There was limited clarity on how or when operations could resume, and the path forward was not yet clear.

Operating from Jasper Pop-Up Village offered a practical option at an important time. It gave the business a visible place to reopen and continue serving customers while plans for its original location were still taking shape.

Rather than pause entirely, Andaaz was able to stay present, stay active, and keep moving forward.

Visibility That Made a Difference

One of the most important shifts for Andaaz during its time at Jasper Pop-Up Village was visibility.

Previously, the business had not been visible from the street to passing traffic in the same way. At the Pop-Up Village, both residents and visitors were able to discover Andaaz with ease, helping them to build recognition and maintain a steady customer base throughout the summer season.

That visibility mattered. It meant continued customer turnout, positive online reviews, and that the business could continue operating in a way that supported not only the three owners, but also the two staff members they continued to employ.

For Andaaz, the season at Jasper Pop-Up Village did more than provide a temporary place to operate. It helped reinforce confidence in the business’s long-term viability.

Moving Into the Next Chapter

As plans evolved, Andaaz made the decision not only to return, but to expand. The business secured a new location at 612 Patricia Street on the second floor, marking an important milestone in its continued growth.

That next chapter speaks to the strength of the business itself: its ability to adapt, maintain momentum, and keep building. Jasper Pop-Up Village played a role in that journey by offering a visible, practical space to operate, but the story remains very much one of Andaaz’s own hard work, consistency, and commitment to serving the community.

Looking Ahead

Success stories don’t always arrive all at once. Often, they are built step by step: reopening, staying visible, continuing to provide their service, and finding the confidence to grow again.

Andaaz is a strong example of what that can look like.

Their time at Jasper Pop-Up Village helped create continuity at a critical time. Their own momentum helped turn that opportunity into a stronger path forward.

We are proud to have been part of that season and excited to see what comes next for Andaaz!
