A Food Trailer with a Jasper Story
Before setting up at Jasper Pop-Up Village, Lynn Wannop was working from a leased commercial kitchen at Jasper Bungalows that was destroyed in the 2024 wildfire.
Her food trailer, which was originally meant for festivals, became the way to keep things going. Jasper Pop-Up Village provides a central place for Lynn’s Place to continue operating and serving customers.
These days, Lynn’s Place feels like its own little hub within the Village: relaxed, welcoming, and all about good food.
